Today was a repeat of the circular walk along the River Erewash, then to the Nottingham Canal at Trowell and back along Coventry Lane.
This route is just over 10,000 steps. A perfect length and fairly flat.
I think today was the warmest day yet for my walk. First time I had to carry my coat. And I was surprised how much the paths had dried considering the rain we’ve had over the last few days.
Part of this walk is quite close to the motorway. And the traffic was very noisy today. Probably the wind direction wasn’t helping it.
Another milestone reached today. Total steps for the month is now past 200,000.
