It has been one short walk so far today followed by another one a bit later to get me up to my 10,000 steps for the day.

I’ve been having trouble with my ankle for the last couple of days. So on the advice of Fiona, I’m doing two shorter walks today rather than one over 10,000 steps.

The first was just into Stapleford and back and then the second was a lap of the park.

Thank you so much for your help and your donation today Fiona.

I had a virtual appointment with Fiona today. It worked very well and Fiona was very good. I’m really glad I made the appointment.
She spent time listening to my problem and asking questions.
She was able to reassure me and gave me exercises to do.

So I feel happy now that I can carry on with this Walk All Over Cancer challenge.
